With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will complete the necessary tasks to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:
– Address inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
– Procurement and Financial reporting of projects from different sectors (Commercial, Hospitality, Retail and Residential)
– Work with the Procurement Director and Principal Consultant to develop, drive, and implement project goals.
– Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders
– Track progress and ensure all project objectives are met
– Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success
Qualifications:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail (Mandarin, Cantonese and English)
– Ability to prioritize and multi-task
– Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
– Degree/certification in Construction/Supply Chain Management (preferred)
